Job Description
• Manage multiple teams within an assigned Logistics Field Operation location, with potential oversight of warehouse and inventory teams.
• Direct daily transportation operations, route scheduling, inventory movement, warehouse workflow, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Develop site goals, ensure operational execution, and maintain applicable workplace safety standards, including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks.
• Coach, mentor, train, and manage performance for direct reports, including CDL drivers; support succession planning and internal communication.
• Requires 2+ years of people leadership, 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, knowledge of DOT compliance/regulations, and required Loader certification or completion of Carvana’s loader training and certification program.
• Full-time graveyard position with shifts of 8:00 PM–5:00 AM or 11:00 PM–8:00 AM; requires flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, outdoor work, and physical vehicle/warehouse duties; no visa sponsorship.
