Machine Learning Engineer – RL

Job Description

• Design, train, and deploy reinforcement-learning systems for high-impact decision-making problems in a 100% remote U.S. role.
• Apply modern RL algorithms, simulation environments, reward modeling, and large-scale policy training and evaluation.
• Productionize RL solutions with emphasis on stability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Requires 6+ years of combined RL research and engineering experience, strong Python/deep-learning expertise, and experience with RL libraries or in-house RL stacks.
• Requires a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent applied experience; full-time Direct W2 compensation is $155,000–$180,000 annually.
