Job Description
• Operate and staff automated food packaging and production machinery, including SidePouch, Sauce Portioners, VibraCone, Likwifier, Urschel, and related equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and portioning, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and escalate major technical problems to maintenance.
• Clean and maintain machinery according to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP), complete operational documentation, and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Management.
• Coach and informally train junior Machine Operators; requires at least 6 months of Green Chef machine operation experience or 1+ years of external machine operator experience.
• Full-time, on-site role in Aurora, CO, working Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm; requires continuous standing/movement and lifting up to 50 lbs in a cold/refrigerated facility.
