Job Description

• Operate and set up automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation at the onsite Loveland, CO facility.
• Monitor process controls and specifications, follow engineering drawings, work orders, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, blueprints, and other specifications.
• Install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, test, and dismantle machinery, equipment, circuits, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Produce quality products according to the build schedule; operate multiple machines or operations simultaneously and report complex equipment malfunctions to mechanics.
• Handle and accurately dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste, including hazardous and regulated waste; maintain organized materials storage and cross-train as needed.
• Requires 3–6 months of horizontal mill experience, job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience; compensation is $23.00–$25.76/hr plus eligibility for bonus pay.
