Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role in Brooklyn, NY, supporting a leading food and beverage manufacturer on a 2,2,3 schedule: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.
• Requires 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; food or pharmaceutical experience and union manufacturing experience are preferred.
• Leads and supports 7-8 Maintenance Technicians through coaching, training, and daily direction while coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Oversees troubleshooting and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, motors, and drives.
• Salary is $80,000-$120,000 per year; requires CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enforcement of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
