Maintenance Team Lead, Electrical Stamping

Job Description

• Lead and mentor the electrical maintenance team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, robots, laser blankers, automation equipment, and related machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and electromechanical failures; perform repairs and restore production after breakdowns.
• Develop maintenance schedules, maintain equipment and parts records, and maximize uptime while extending equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards; collaborate with production, EHS, operations, engineering, quality, and suppliers.
• Requires a high school diploma, 7+ years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem lines and blanker operations, plus strong PLC, electrical troubleshooting, leadership, and coaching skills.
