Maintenance Team Leader

Job Description

• Maintenance Team Leader with KIRCHHOFF Automotive Manchester Inc., an automotive supplier focused on body-in-white and chassis metal and hybrid structures; full-time position in the United States.
• Assigns and coordinates maintenance work around production schedules, supervises day-to-day activities, compiles management data, and supports preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and production resource scheduling.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotic welding, building, and facility equipment; operates arc-welding and plasma-cutting equipment and installs or modifies equipment.
• Requires 7+ years of automotive-industry experience and 5+ years of maintenance repair/troubleshooting experience, plus blueprint and circuit-diagram literacy, Fanuc/Panasonic/Nachi robotics, Allen Bradley PLC programming, and National Electrical Code knowledge.
• Requires a High School diploma or GED plus an Industrial Maintenance Diploma, Associates in mega Tronics, or Associate’s in electrical engineering; must follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, 5S, and QS 9000/IATF 16949/ISO 14001 requirements.
