Job Description
• Management Consulting Associate supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients in RSM’s Revenue Growth & Operations practice, focused on Life Sciences and healthcare consulting.
• Analyze Gross-to-Net revenue impacts from drug pricing, discounts, and rebates; support Government Pricing, contract analysis, compliance reviews, and Fair Market Value work.
• Build pricing models and analyses for Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price, and Average Sales Price (ASP), and help clients implement programs meeting government and commercial requirements.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, strong Excel/data analysis or financial modeling capability, and willingness to travel 25–50%+.
• Full-time Boston, MA role; compensation range is $66,100–$117,200; employer does not intend to hire candidates requiring current or future sponsorship.
