Manager 3, AI Science (MLOps, AI, Data Science)

Job Description

• Lead a multi-team AI Science organization across MarTech, governed data and semantic modeling, and third-party data acquisition for Intuit's DGX organization.
• Own 1–3 year technical strategy for production-grade, agent-native AI architectures, including self-learning semantic layers, knowledge graphs, entity resolution, digital twins, and anomaly detection.
• Manage and mentor Data Scientists, AI Scientists, managers, and senior/staff-level individual contributors while driving execution across multiple teams.
• Establish coding, testing, resiliency, security, compliance, and AI/agent guardrails; partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success on AI-native customer experiences.
• Requires 10+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or MLOps; 3+ years managing principals or senior/staff-level ICs across multiple teams; a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Python, ML frameworks, and AWS, GCP, or Databricks experience.
• Full-time position in Mountain View, CA; base salary is $264,500–$357,500.
