Job Description
• Manager-level consulting role leading utility grid operations, grid modernization, and operational technology engagements in Seattle, WA.
• Advises utility clients on modernization strategy, technology implementation, operating processes, organizational readiness, and integration of DERs, energy storage, and EVs.
• Leads initiatives using ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, distribution automation, grid analytics, and related technologies through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience, including consulting or client-services leadership.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams, manages scope, schedules, risks, and client relationships, and supports proposals, solution development, thought leadership, and business development.
