Job Description
• Manage workforce data request intake and translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers.
• Partner with developers to deliver audience-appropriate dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Interpret and synthesize workforce data to uncover insights and support strategic HR and business decisions.
• Maintain testing, documentation, data management, and reporting quality standards while improving processes.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of data analytics experience ideally in HR, experience with Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow, and Excel proficiency.
• Hybrid Manager role based in Lone Tree, CO; full-time compensation is $100K–$125K per year.
