Job Description
• Manage workforce data-request intake, assignment, requirements translation, and delivery of actionable HR dashboards and reports.
• Create performance metrics, interpret workforce data, and synthesize findings into clear data stories for decision makers.
• Partner with developers and represent data-management and reporting needs in project and problem-solving meetings.
• Maintain testing and documentation standards while improving reporting quality, consistency, and client experience.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of data analytics experience—ideally in HR reporting and analytics—and experience with Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow.
• Hybrid, full-time role in Lone Tree, CO (+2 other locations), paying $100K–$125K per year.
