Manager, HR Strategic Projects & Operations (Temporary)

Job Description

• Temporary 6-month Manager role reporting to the CPO, focused on HR strategic projects, programs, operations, culture, talent, and employee experience initiatives.
• Lead complex cross-functional workstreams from intake through execution, including scope, milestones, owners, risks, decisions, dependencies, governance, and success measures.
• Partner across HR, COEs, Communications, Legal, Labor, People Analytics, Talent, Compensation, and business teams; coordinate team members and maintain accountability.
• Create executive-ready project updates, decision documents, presentations, communications, rollout plans, and feedback loops while supporting change management.
• Requires 8+ years in project/program management, operations, consulting, or HR-related project delivery; strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, project tracking, stakeholder management, and confidential-data judgment.
• Based in Irvine, CA with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, or available remotely; U.S. base pay is $89,280.00–$165,168.00 annually.
