Job Description

• Manage labor relations for unionized Flight Ops/Dispatch work groups, including grievance, mediation, arbitration, and collective bargaining processes.
• Administer and implement collective bargaining agreements while partnering with operational leaders, Crew Relations, and Legal to ensure CBA and legal compliance.
• Lead labor-relations research, analysis, memoranda, training, investigations, discipline drafting, policy maintenance, and resolution of pilot/dispatcher concerns.
• Requires 5 years of labor relations experience, including CBA drafting/negotiation, 3 years of leadership experience, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hybrid, Orlando, FL; overnight travel 30%–50%; U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorship; must pass a pre-employment drug test; $103,000–$170,000/year.
