Manager, Medicare Member Retention

Job Description

• Manage retention performance managers and develop strategies to retain Medicare beneficiaries across local, regional, and national markets.
• Lead projects and retention campaigns designed to reduce Medicare member disenrollment and improve health-plan member experience and satisfaction.
• Analyze data and trends to identify retention challenges and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional business teams on solutions.
• Create, manage, monitor, and adjust beneficiary education and retention programs; travel and some weekend work are required.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Medicare; Master's degree and 2+ years of supervisor experience are preferred.
• Remote/work-from-home role restricted to candidates residing near Orlando or Miami, FL, or near the New York Boroughs; U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
