Manager, Network Connectivity & Carrier Strategy

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end connectivity selection for new data center sites, including assessment, carrier outreach, engineering, procurement, and turn-up.
• Negotiate MSAs, NDAs, colocation agreements, dark fiber IRUs, wavelength leases, and transport contracts with national and regional carriers.
• Lead fiber mapping, carrier engineering, construction budgeting, route-diversity planning, POP placement, and backbone integration.
• Manage a small carrier-relations team and advise executive/network leadership on expansion strategy and self-build fiber opportunities.
• Requires 10+ years in network infrastructure, telecommunications, or data center connectivity, including 5+ years negotiating relevant connectivity deals and 3+ years of people management or clear readiness to manage; remote, full-time role with up to 25% travel.
