Job Description

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality RFP responses and associated questionnaires for Meritain Health.
• Serve as the final quality authority, ensuring proposal accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment before submission.
• Shape proposal strategy, strengthen competitive positioning, and maintain response quality and content consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and subject matter experts to create customer-focused responses that support business growth.
• Requires 5+ years in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management; 3–5 years in the insurance industry; and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
