Manager, Sales Enablement

Job Description

• Manage sales enablement curricula, training materials, onboarding, Sales Academy programs, eLearning, virtual learning, and field-based training for BD Peripheral Intervention.
• Coordinate field rides, physician meetings, clinical training sites, industry trade shows, and local, national, regional, and international training initiatives.
• Require a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular and/or open surgery, and extensive disease-state knowledge; 3–5 years of documented sales experience is preferred.
• Remote or field-based role with regular travel to the Tempe, AZ headquarters and approximately 30% travel as needed.
• Compensation is $105,100.00–$168,100.00 USD annually; employment may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination depending on role and location.
