Manufacturing Industrial Painter (Metal)

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Manufacturing Industrial Painter (Metal) role with PowerSecure, Inc., supporting generator enclosure and power switchgear manufacturing.
• Prepare, mix, and apply automotive-grade, three-part epoxy primer and topcoat to components and assemblies; inspect wet and dry paint mill thickness against quality standards.
• Maintain paint guns, pumps, booths, and related equipment; troubleshoot issues, manage material levels, and coordinate shortages and equipment needs with supervisors and vendors.
• Track non-conforming material and NCRs while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance and product improvement.
• Requires 6 months–5 years of relevant painting experience, HS diploma or equivalency preferred, forklift experience, English communication, computer/database skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs., and compliance with legal regulations and UL standards.
