Manufacturing Technician II - Rotating Weekend - Night Shift

Job Description

• Produce POROS chromatography resin in a large-scale chemical batch manufacturing process and assist maintenance and distribution as needed.
• Operate reactors, pressure filters, pumps, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment according to written SOPs and UOPs.
• Perform equipment changeovers using Lock Out Tag Out and confined-space protocols, along with elutriation, product discharge, R-Bead polymerization, and bead-coating processes.
• Maintain batch and equipment records under ISO 13485 and Good Documentation practices while following GMP, EH&S, safety, and quality standards.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of manufacturing, laboratory, or related experience, and the ability to work an on-site 12-hour rotating night schedule in Chelmsford, MA.
