Job Description
• Master Planning & Scheduling Manager leading production planning and scheduling across a multi-site flexible packaging manufacturing network in Kentucky.
• Develop and execute integrated production plans; balance demand, capacity, labor, materials, inventory, and operational priorities across multiple plants.
• Lead planners and schedulers while coordinating printing, lamination, slitting, and bag converting operations.
• Drive capacity optimization, S&OP/Integrated Business Planning, inventory optimization, schedule attainment, changeover reduction, and ERP/MRP planning improvements.
• Requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of manufacturing planning/scheduling or supply chain leadership experience, 5+ years leading multi-site teams, and significant flexible packaging manufacturing experience; hybrid, full-time role with regular travel.
