Medical Assistant 2, Concierge Kendall, $3000 Bonus, Full Time, 8:30A-5P

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Medical Assistant 2 role with Baptist Health South Florida in Miami, FL, supporting physicians in a clinical/outpatient practice.
• Room patients, obtain information, measure and document vital signs, assist with examinations and treatments, and collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, BLS, and at least one qualifying MA, CNA, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license/certification; CNA, LPN, and EMT licenses must be from Florida.
• Requires HIPAA/OSHA compliance, EMR and computer proficiency, effective communication, organization, compassion, customer service, and high ethical standards; EKG and Phlebotomy Certifications are additionally required for CNA-license holders in Primary Care Practices.
• Compensation is $21.66–$28.16/hour depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000; schedule is 8:30A–5P.
