Job Description
• Perform moderate- to high-complexity diagnostic testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.
• Operate and troubleshoot analyzers, validate quality control, and maintain advanced laboratory equipment.
• Review and verify test results, preserve specimen integrity, and ensure quality standards.
• Support blood product preparation, compliance and documentation, quality improvement, and process development.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field, and ASCP MLS or MLT certification required or obtained within 18 months; 2–3+ years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
