Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MLT) - Part-time

Job Description

• Conduct laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, tissue, and other patient samples to detect health conditions.
• Use biomedical instrumentation, microscopes, and computers to analyze patient samples and provide diagnostic data to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Work part-time nights, 20 hours per week, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including every third weekend and holiday, at Mary's Hospital in Green Bay, WI.
• Requires an associate's degree through one of the specified laboratory science, NAACLS, academic-credit, or U.S. military training pathways; one pathway requires 3 years of full-time accredited-laboratory experience within the last 10 years.
• Requires Medical Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician certification, or eligibility through a nationally recognized certifying agency; certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
