Job Description
• Serve as the field-based scientific and clinical expert for CAPLYTA and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines within the Maryland/DC/Virginia territory.
• Develop territory scientific engagement plans, cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and community/academic KOLs, and deliver objective, non-promotional scientific information.
• Generate, synthesize, and submit actionable clinical, scientific, competitive, and territory insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy and cross-functional decisions.
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies, respond to unsolicited product and research inquiries, and collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Marketing in a compliant matrixed environment.
• Requires a doctorate-level degree or equivalent experience, post-graduate experience for doctoral candidates, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and up to 70% territory/internal meeting/congress travel; 2+ years of relevant or therapeutic-area experience is preferred.
