Job Description

• Performs advanced clinical laboratory testing while supporting laboratory operational oversight and quality assurance in Harris Health's public healthcare safety-net system.
• Monitors workflow, reviews results for accuracy, supports regulatory compliance activities, and contributes to process improvements.
• Provides guidance and training to laboratory staff and helps ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Requires an Associate degree or completion of an accredited medical laboratory technology/science program; a related Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Requires three years of clinical laboratory experience and Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Science or specialty certification in Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Blood Bank issued by ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
