Job Description

• Part-time, on-site Merchandise Associate role at HomeGoods, a TJX Companies retail store in Westminster, CO.
• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences, operate the register, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain clean, organized sales-floor and store environments.
• Process and prepare merchandise, follow merchandising, operational, loss-prevention, shrink-reduction, safety, labor-law, and store-recovery standards.
• Requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, flexibility, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred; starting pay is $15.75–$16.25 per hour.
