Job Description
• Lead on-site retail merchandising and store operations at Michaels Stores in Brighton, CO, including truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, visual standards, pricing, promotions, and customer-ready conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, enforce SOPs and company policies, plan workloads, prioritize daily tasks, and maintain operational continuity and compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Manage SISO replenishment, inventory control, Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV and ASN receiving, damages procedures, Asset Protection, shrink reduction, and promotional execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Full-time position paying $16.00-$22.20, with physical requirements including standing, repetitive motions, ladder use, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures up to 25-50 pounds.
