Job Description

• Lead merchandising associates and, when required, provide full leadership over store operations in an on-site Santa Fe, NM retail location.
• Drive sales, margin, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, product availability, and service objectives.
• Manage customer flow, staffing coverage, sales-demand spikes, safety walks, power-equipment usage, and safe work practices.
• Requires 2 years leading retail associates, 3 years in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, and 1 year performing manager-on-duty responsibilities; 5 years of service-associate leadership and 3 years of manager-on-duty experience are preferred.
• Requires Microsoft Office Suite experience and the ability to obtain legally required sales licensure or pass the applicable licensing exam within 60 days; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Full-time salaried role generally scheduled for 48 hours weekly, with morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week; lifting 25 pounds and occasional travel may be required.
