Merchandising Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Merchandising Assistant Manager position with Dollar Tree in Fort Collins, CO.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, asset protection, safety compliance, freight processing, and merchandising.
• Manage freight flow; receive and return DSD merchandise; order and stock frozen, refrigerated, and other merchandise; and maintain sales-effective displays, Clip Strips, Power Panels, and monthly Sales Planners.
• Prior retail and management experience is preferred; strong communication, interpersonal, written, and teamwork skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting; pay is $18.50–$19.25/hr.
