Job Description
• Manage an assigned Denver territory and team of Merchandisers, overseeing planning, sales data collection and analysis, reporting, training, and development.
• Train and coach Merchandisers through retail work-withs, including 6 documented full-day, in-market work-withs each month, and coordinate weekly/monthly pre-planners.
• Manage route coverage, vacation calendars, task assignments, and pre-planning activities for the sales team.
• Maintain retailer relationships, resolve escalated retailer concerns, and execute territory standards against monthly objectives, goals, MBOs, incentives, quotas, volume, and distribution trends.
• Requires 3-5 years of sales experience, 1-3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with compliant MVR, Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency, expert sales-tool knowledge, and daily office and market presence in Denver, CO.
