Job Description
• Remote, full-time Consultant role with Converge Technology Solutions serving the Digital Workplace practice across the contiguous US.
• Deliver Microsoft Modern Work solutions for M&A migrations, tenant consolidations, and divestitures, covering assessment through post-migration stabilization.
• Configure and migrate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams; implement Entra ID, identity transitions, Intune, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Requires 3–5 years of Microsoft 365 consulting, Modern Work implementation, or enterprise migration experience, including tenant-to-tenant or M&A projects; Bachelor's degree and relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Requires hands-on Quest and AvePoint proficiency, PowerShell, Microsoft 365 administration, and strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
