Millwright Industrial Mechanic

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Millwright / Industrial Mechanic role in Denver, CO, specializing in electric motors, heavy machinery, and industrial equipment; may require travel to customer sites.
• Requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a millwright, industrial mechanic, or electric motor technician in manufacturing, production, mining, heavy industrial, distribution, or processing environments.
• Installs, aligns, calibrates, maintains, troubleshoots, dismantles, repairs, and reassembles machinery including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, pulleys, and AC/DC motor systems.
• Uses laser alignment tools, dial indicators, micrometers, straightedges, feeler gauges, welding and fabrication tools, and rigging equipment; works with hydraulic, pneumatic, VFD, sensor, and basic electrical control systems.
• Must read complex blueprints and schematics independently; follow LOTO, OSHA/DOT, electrical safety, and PPE requirements; pass background and drug tests.
• Compensation is $45/hour; occasional overtime, on-call emergency breakdown response, and exposure to noise and heavy equipment may be required.
