Job Description

• Perform scheduled, shutdown, and unscheduled maintenance at BHP’s Jansen potash mine in Leroy, SK, on a seven-days-on/seven-days-off schedule.
• Inspect mine hoist, shaft equipment, machinery, and underground mining systems to identify malfunctions and irregularities.
• Develop and improve task lists, work procedures, instructions, and accurate work-request scopes.
• Support Maintenance Reliability engineering modifications and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Requires a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Heavy Duty Trade/Journeyperson qualification, Working at Heights Ticket, and similar maintenance experience; police/criminal, medical, drug and alcohol, due diligence, right-to-work, and reference checks may apply.
