Mobile Associate - Retail Sales, Store in Store

Job Description

• Provide customer education, demonstrations, recommendations, and exceptional service in a high-traffic T-Mobile warehouse/club kiosk in Castle Rock, CO.
• Use digital tools and product knowledge to identify customer needs, explain solutions, and showcase warehouse/club member benefits.
• Attract prospective customers, drive sales activity, follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build customer relationships.
• Complete store-in-store training within the first 90 days, practice skills, share knowledge, and support store operations.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 6 months of retail customer service and/or sales experience preferred; applicants must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Part-time, on-site role paying $19.50/hour base plus $5.00/hour training pay; guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, with potential $18,000/year annualized incentive target after promotion to Mobile Expert.
