Mobile Associate - Retail Sales

Job Description

• Serve as a T-Mobile retail brand ambassador by educating customers, demonstrating wireless technology, and recommending device, service, accessory, and IoT solutions.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized sales, digital-tool demonstrations, issue resolution, and seamless coordination with Customer Care, business, and other internal teams.
• Complete required new-employee and in-store experience training while developing skills for advancement to Mobile Expert within the first 90 days.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment, age 18+, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Part-time, on-site role in Evergreen, CO; no travel, DOT regulation, or safety-sensitive designation. Base pay is $19.50/hour plus $5.00/hour training pay, with $20/hour guaranteed inclusive of base pay and incentives.
