Motion Designer & AI Video Creative (Freelancer)

Job Description

• Freelance, fully remote Motion Designer & AI Video Creative role with Welltech, available across Europe, the European Union, the Middle East, EMEA, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania.
• Edit and produce social-first video and static content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Affiliate, SEO, ASO, and other organic marketing projects.
• Create realistic AI-generated people, characters, scenes, environments, images, and videos while maintaining consistent appearances across assets.
• Requires experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative professional; hands-on generative AI experience; and a portfolio featuring AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static ads.
• Requires experience with Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar AI platforms, plus strong knowledge of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, visual storytelling, and rapid creative iteration.
