Multi-Store Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise operations across multiple Sheetz stores in the Fairview, NC area and travel locally to support nearby locations.
• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational and customer service standards.
• Mentor and develop Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Maintain safe, compliant, customer-focused store operations while embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Requires team-leadership or collaborative experience; food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old, able to perform required physical activities and lifting, and willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day.
