Neonatal Manager Flight Operations

Job Description

• Provide primary clinical leadership for neonatal flight operations while maintaining Flight R.N. competencies in a healthcare medical transport setting.
• Manage staff education, orientation, continuing education, clinical competency validation, scheduling, budgets, quality indicators, clinical reviews, and clinical fly-along shifts.
• Lead the Clinical Leadership Team, coordinate quality-improvement action plans with the Medical Director, and monitor performance indicators and data-collection processes.
• Support staffing identification, interviewing, hiring, conflict management, policy consistency, safety, and clinical excellence.
• Requires a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse and Certified Flight RN credentials, five (5) years minimum active flight/ground transport experience, leadership experience, a valid Driver’s License, and CAMTS certification currency; CMTE required within three (3) years of hire/transfer date.
