Job Description
• Maintain and support DoD customer networks, systems, applications, and IT infrastructure in Huntsville, AL.
• Configure networks; maintain system, application, security, and configuration-management settings; and install hardware, software, patches, and updates.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, provide user support, and coordinate issue resolution with IT, cybersecurity, and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain backups, recovery procedures, disaster recovery plans, and technical documentation; support DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Requires a completed Bachelor's degree, CompTIA A+ certification, ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, basic troubleshooting ability, and up to 10% travel; 1 year of related experience and an Associate's degree are additionally desired.
