Network Contract Manager, UHN - Remote

Job Description

• Manage physician contracting and provider relationships for the PA/DE markets within a remote health care network management role.
• Develop and negotiate provider agreements, including contracts with physicians, medical groups, FQHCs/RHCs, urgent care organizations, and ancillary providers.
• Manage unit-cost budgets, targets, performance reporting, financial models, reimbursement structures, and network trend-management objectives.
• Requires 3+ years of network-management contract review/creation/negotiation experience, 2+ years using financial models for provider-rate negotiations, intermediate MS Office and claims-processing knowledge, a valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
• Full-time salary is $72,800-$130,000 annually; remote work requires EST, CST, or MST residency, Eastern-hours availability, and up to 10% travel as needed.
