Network Engineer

Job Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and support secure wired and wireless network infrastructure for Department of War software applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Lead WAN/MAN/LAN architecture, network communications planning, telecommunications circuit specifications, testing, monitoring, upgrades, and sustainment.
• Support national security, U.S. Space Force, satellite communications, space domain awareness, and defense technology missions in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Requires 7–9 years of experience and a BS/BA, at least 3 years of Cisco experience, Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and ability to obtain and maintain JWIC and SAP/SAR clearances.
• Requires expertise in Cisco, VMware, SDN, IaC, Ansible/Python, network encryptors, ATO procedures, DISN/SPARTAN/CANES, DevSecOps, and 8570 IAT Level III-aligned certifications; compensation is $150,000–$170,000.
