Job Description
• Support routing and switching in a Cisco networking environment while providing advanced LAN, WAN, wireless, and voice design, administration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and communication technologies, including phone and video conference systems.
• Serve as an initial and escalation resource, provision telecommunications circuits, and assist with complex architecture, design, and capacity changes.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedure documentation and provide technical guidance to less experienced Network Operations personnel.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant computing or engineering discipline and at least 3 years of applicable technology experience; CCNA is preferred.
• Primarily remote, full-time role based in Monaca, PA, with evening and weekend support as needed for a 24/7/365 operation.
