Networks Engineer

Job Description

• Lead operational delivery, readiness, and incident command for network transport, SD-WAN, and firewall services in support of government operations.
• Direct major-incident response, service restoration, mission-impact reporting, and operational status communications to government leadership.
• Manage network service lifecycle activities, including playbooks, SOPs, incident procedures, problem management, root-cause remediation, and CAB risk assessment.
• Monitor and report SLA performance for transport availability, SD-WAN performance, and firewall uptime while enforcing architectural standards.
• Requires an active Top Secret clearance, BS plus 8+ years of relevant IT experience or Master’s plus 6+ years, ITIL v4 Foundation, and DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+.
