Job Description
• Provide on-call, full-time, or part-time childcare support for families in Omaha, NE, with on-site placements and flexible scheduling.
• Supervise and engage children, plan developmental activities, and provide nurturing care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, homework, routines, and family-aligned boundaries.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and adapt reliably to family schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and before/after-school shifts.
• Requires at least 3 years of professional childcare experience, age 18+, CPR & SIDS certification or willingness to obtain, a valid driver’s license, reliable child-transportation vehicle, and comfort around cats and dogs.
