Job Description
• Provide onsite and remote desktop, endpoint, field, and site support across TSA FOCUS locations and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, peripheral, and endpoint issues; perform installation, configuration, replacement, validation, maintenance, and break/fix activities.
• Support IMAC, deployment, surge, project, dispatch, decommissioning, and hardware/software move, add, and change activities.
• Requires a BS plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with less than 2+ years; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability and Public Trust security clearance; compensation range is $52,000–$94,000, subject to position-specific factors.
