Job Description
• Serve as an Operating Partner to an early-stage life sciences investment firm, supporting investment strategy, portfolio company development, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Advise biotech founders, executive teams, investors, and portfolio companies on company formation, fundraising, business development, strategic growth, and critical development milestones.
• Apply 8–10+ years of biotechnology or life sciences venture capital investment experience, ideally at the Principal, Investment Director, Partner, or equivalent level.
• Bring prior C-level operating experience, biotechnology board service, and experience with corporate strategy, governance, financing, executive leadership, due diligence, licensing, strategic partnerships, M&A, and company scaling.
• Demonstrate expertise in the biotech investment landscape, drug development through clinical development, international biotech markets, and the ability to translate scientific innovation into investment and commercial opportunities; travel domestically and internationally.
