Job Description
• Administer, optimize, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve operational technology platforms supporting critical utility and real-time grid operations.
• Support SCADA, ADMS, OMS, DERMS, utility OT platforms, Windows Server, SQL Server, OT/IT integrations, industrial networking, utility communications, and Power BI or similar tools.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades, maintenance, testing, validation, deployments, change management, user acceptance, documentation, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead or contribute to modernization initiatives involving grid management, outage response, distributed energy resources, battery storage, field operations, and renewable energy integration.
• Requires an Associate degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years, production OT/industrial/critical-infrastructure experience, a valid driver's license, on-call and occasional after-hours support, and residence within one hour of the Northwest Metro office.
