Job Description
• Full-time Operations Analyst role with US Claims Capital LLC in Boca Raton, FL; work mode is not specified.
• Evaluate counterparties by reviewing funding activity, financial performance, recovery history, open exposure, collections, write-offs, lead conversion, trends, and operational risk factors.
• Complete approximately 6-8 evaluations daily, prepare written findings and recommendations, update rankings, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage Risk Department workflow, shared mailbox requests, due diligence, counterparty creation, CRM onboarding, and quality-control research.
• Requires 2+ years of relevant financial operations experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and sound independent judgment.
