Job Description

• Sephora Operations Associate supporting on-site store operations at CO-Flatiron Crossing in Broomfield, CO; regular full-time, hourly non-exempt position.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution.
• Support exceptional client experiences, sales goals, inclusivity, teamwork, and Sephora policies for a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Requires 1–2 years of experience in a similar, retail, hospitality, or client-focused role; strong organization, communication, interpersonal, service, and teamwork skills.
• Must work 30–40 hours/week, be available nights, weekends, and holidays, maintain reliable attendance, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds; pays $19.80–$22.90/hr.
